"Visited place a few weeks ago and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lady there looked like she didn't want to work. Very rude and not helpful at all. Unlike other places, they don't let you try on the suit with the full attire including the dress pants and the dress shoes. My fiance was trying to see what he would look good on and it was very hard to get a full picture with him only trying on the jacket. We decided to go with another place in the area. There are better places in the same area!"

"If I can rate this place a -0 I would all because of a younger white gentleman whom claimed to be the owner of this location. My husband was the best man at his best friend’s wedding. All the groomsmen renters from this location and from the Stockton location. Upon my husband returning his suite along with the grooms brother’s suite my husband was accused of stealing a 1 suite jacket. The “owner” white guy was so rude and very unprofessional was aggressively accusing my husband of stealing in front of other customers. This guy stated the jacket returned didn’t belong to them. My husband explained that he returned the entire suite and it’s belongings in the bag that was provided to him and stated It was no way possible he could have mixed up anything. This guy continued to aggressively say my husband stole from him and that he was going to call the police and file a report on him. My husband tried his best to keep his composure With these accusations this man was putting on him. I heard the entire encounter over the phone. My husband called me while I was working. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. As a wife I felt helpless and wish I was there to record this rude unprofessional man. I was so upset and was so embarrassed for my husband. I told him to leave the store being this man was triggering me over the phone I could only imagine how my husband was feeling at that time. My husband left and Two hours later my husband received a call from another gentleman from the store stating that his jacket was mixed up with items from there Other location and that he never received the correct jacket to begin with and they ( the store)mixed them up. The gentlemen apologized however in my eyes that wasn’t good enough. My husband was humiliated a threat was made to have the police called and a report filed in front of other customers. My husband is a black man no criminal record and the one that was doing all the threatening didn’t place the call to my husband to apologize. I would never ever in my life recommend this Or rent from this place again."

"I needed to rent a tuxedo for an event out of town and was looking for a reputable business with a good selection due to poor experiences with Men’s Warehouse in the past. Tuxedo fashion did not disappoint! During my fitting, Bart helped ensure the tux would fit to my satisfaction (funny sense of humor btw). Within 2 days my tuxedo was ready for pickup due to the pieces being on site unlike other rentals. When I went to pick up the tux and try it on, Patrick was nothing short of a saint! The level of customer service and attention to detail to make sure I was satisfied with the fit and have me looking my best was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Tuxedo Fashion for anyone looking for quality, expertise, and grade A customer service. I will definitely look to do business with them again in the future!"
