Here are some reviews from our users.
"I use this location for regular maintenance, but recently my car needed some major repairs (and then some). Chastity and Shakkira were very helpful (and patient) from start to finish, which is great cause I ask a lot of questions. The mechanics also did a great job on the repairs, and my car is definitely driving better than it has in a few years."
"First let me start with how hospitable Shikkiera was on my visit she was great! And the team as well that was inspecting my vehicle everyone was very professional and efficient made my whole day! Thank you all again for your wonderful service!"
"I went here to get a headlight replaced. I have a subaru and to get to the headlights it's tricky. These guys quoted me + for labor only because he said the entire bumper has to be removed. I knew I'd had one replaced before and pretty sure I would have remembered such a steep cost. I passed. I went home and went thru my paperwork and remembered who did it before when i got some other services. I took it to them I got tires mounted and balanced and my headlight replaced for half the price of their labor. So either they are not knowledgeable on how to replace the headlight...though I found it on youtube the tire has to be removed not the bumper or they were trying to rip me off."
"My year old car horn stopped working... I did my home work and found that it is Clock Spring that needed replace. I called and asked them how much it would cost me to replace Clock Spring they said Labor $ dollars plus parts. Then I dropped my car asked them again just to fix Clock Spring ... After few hours they sent me big list of item to fix and gave quote for ~$ but mentioned nothing about Clock Spring or horn at all. After seeing the quote I called and asked about Horn the response was that we don't have "Clock Spring" we will call dealer and let me know. minutes befor closing time they called me and told that parts would cost me ~ $ . and labor ~ $. roughly about 1, to fix my broken horn. The climax highlight is if you don't want fix and want to sell your car can you sell it to me for $ ? (BUT CarMax Offred me $ ) They charged me $ for diagnostic for what I clearly I asked them to do just one thing to fix...!!! I don't know what game they are playing... but not a fair CAR repair shop for sure. By the way I am donating the car to a charity."
"Please do NOT plan to come here if you have a busy schedule. I am a student who has multiple jobs. One day I'm getting an oil change on Nov th and next thing my car is deemed not-drivable on the th due to the engine being messed up. Then waiting till Dec 1st for the work to begin and getting the car back on the th. Then, only to bring it back on the th due to noise issues. The noise issues happened only driving miles away from the store. Obviously, no test ride (after doing major work) was done during 3+weeks of them having it. All mechanical and transportation issues were paid by them (shows fault). I suggest people to go out and try the new oil change business, Take 5, opening up right near them. For me, I will be taking my new Mazda 3 to the dealership. No follow up comment is necessary."
