"If I could give Zero stars I would. Tell you their Covid Test is free, then charge you $ and don't provide you a simple detailed bill in order to be reimbursed by insurance. AVOID!!! Horrible customer service and evangelical resistance to helping those who need a simple invoice. I've contacted them directly about providing such a simple document when needed and they refused. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If you've got BCBS and probably any other major health insurance carrier they're not in network. Go somewhere else."

"Came here for stay in car Covid test. I'm assuming name of facility is now Cedar Creek Labs from photo. Staff was excellent and friendly and explained process. Results in hours (same day if done by noon). Would recommend highly."
"Got Covid test in minutes. I waited for 3.5 hours last time I waited at Warren Clinic. Got the results back the same day although they said it would take a full hours."
"I've never heard of this place but they have fraudulently tried to bill my insurance company over $, in a year and a half!! I’ve only been to the doctor 2 times in years. I’ve called them personally and they continue to say they aren’t doing it. They try $9, every month and it’s denied each time. My insurance company has called me since I’m 2, miles away from them. Stay away from these people."
