"Please listen to your patients/customers. They know their limits. When someone says they cannot sit all the way back due to stitches help them provide more than one pillow. I was told by the radiologist she only had one pillow and I must scoot and lay back. Suddenly she says oh my your bleeding! Yes enough to soak her towel. I said we popped a stitch. Oh no not possible your surgery was 3 weeks ago! Well she popped 3 stitches and now I have an open wound. My healing will now take months instead of weeks. Be kind, remember we are there cause we are sick not to ruin your day!"

"Samantha was the check in receptionist. She was rude and not nice. I dont know who made her mad but people are coming in sick and hurting and need an xray. Maybe keep your attitude and have more of a serving attitude. Create an atmosphere of gentle, kindness. Let just say my pain is so bad I really needed my xray. She almost made me say forget it and go somewhere else. She rolled her eyes and was nice nasty the entire process. As I was leaving she was mean mugging me. I cant make this stuff up. Please look for better help"

"I was scheduled for a CT Scan at this center. The lady that checked me in was very friendly and full of smiles. I didn’t have to wait long before I was greeted by the technician who was also very friendly and did a nice job explaining what to expect during the procedure. The technician started the IV, said she found a good vein, and started the machine. After a couple minutes, she came back and asked me if I felt any warmness. She explained that I should feel this when the iodine is injected. I told her I did not. She explained that I should try placing my arm in a different position and hold the position until she told me otherwise. After a short time, she came back and asked it I felt the warmness — again, I told her “I did not”. At this time she said she had to flush the IV line. I asked her if everything was ok and she said she had to make sure she had a good vein. She confirmed the vein was good and gave it a third try. This time another woman came back with her. They both confirmed my vein and the IV were fine. The second woman said she was the supervisor. She went on to say they have been having problems with the machine. She also said the machine was old. At this point I am getting very nervous and begin asking questions while they were waiting for the machine to “reboot”. I asked if this machine controls the injections and she said “yes”. I asked “if the machine is broken, wouldn’t that put me in danger of receiving an improper injection?” She replied, the machine was just serviced and that I am the first person they’ve tried to use it on since it was fixed. I asked her “how do you know it’s fixed”. She said the machine can’t make a mistake with the injection and it’s just old and temperamental. That was the second time I heard the machine was “old”. I told them I did not want to have my test on this old equipment and to please reschedule me at another location. They went on to say they are having the same problem at the sister location. I left."
