"I’ve been looking for a bike appropriate for my size (I’m 5’1” so that’s been difficult to come by lately), and I noticed online that Trek Bicycle in Kearny Mesa may have a cm Domane AL 3 in stock. I decided to head over an hour before closing and fortunately they had it in stock! I was helped by Marcus, who was the most helpful. He had me test the bike out back for ride and comfort and then got me hooked up with everything I’ll need. He even helped me load the bike in my car and offered me to come back the following day to adjust my cycling shoes for comfort. I’d highly recommend checking out the store, and make sure you ask for Marcus!"

"Really great service from Ryan, Marcus, Austin and Joey. Picked up my bike yesterday and they got me up and running on my Verve 2 e bike. I came in feeling pretty clueless, and I still have a lot to learn, but I took a ride when I got home and had a smile plastered on my face the entire time. Charged the battery and ready to ride again today. Excellent team, incredible know how and patience. Thank you!"

"Highly recommend this Trek store just based on the customer service by the team. Service by the store manager was excellent. He greeted everyone as they came in the store, and when I was standing near the register, he let me know that someone else had arrived earlier and was also waiting for some help. In the meantime, he was able to point me to the section of the store that had the products I was looking for. Once he was able to attend to me, he answered my questions, looked up inventory of similar items, and helped me load up my purchases into my car - I bought a 4-bike rack so I did need some help. He even honored the stickered price on the box which was less than the MSRP, and let me know about it (which was a smart move)."

The experience at this store was phenomenal! I have worked in customer service, and I was blown away with how well he treats each customer! Every time I walked in I was warmly greeted and remembered. He made sure I not only had all my questions answered, but that I also had a good time getting a bike. Some places are boring, unfriendly, or stressful. This place is fun, friendly, and puts you at ease. Todd made sure I was completely confident with my choices while selecting a bike at every step of the process. I can no give higher accolades! And yes, the other people there seemed great too, I just didn't work with them as much."
