Bravo to Travel Visa Pro for saving my trip! Valerie was amazing, walking me through every step of the process. She responded immediately to email messages and texts and was personable, helpful and kind. Thank you, thank you, thank you for delivering on your promise. I hope I never need you again (I’ve put a passport renewal reminder in my phone for 2031!) but it’s reassuring to know you’re there if necessary.

This is the 4th time I've used Travel Visa Pro - this time was to renew my passport before it expired in February 2022. Since I had limited time to get my passport renewed before the expiration date and I didn't want anything to go wrong, I took advantage of the Concierge Service. Through the additional Concierge Service, I got a dedicated Specialist who supported me in all my questions and forms I needed to fill out for processing. I'm happy to say that I just got my passport back within one month of initiating with Travel Visa Pro (way ahead of expectations) and everything looked great! I highly recommend them!

Process did not work as described resulting in 6 hours of wasted time and missed travel dates. The process is completely dependent on the specific USPS office or potentially individual conducting the appointment. All of this is acceptable, if it is communicated clearly on the site or during the process. Look elsewhere. [update] To their credit, the firm processed a refund immediately. Unfortunately there is no way to get back the 6 hours, so the review and rating stands.

After hours and hours of trying to apply for an E-Visa to India - with no results - we were ready to give up and cancel our trip. Then we found Travel Visa Pro and actually spoke with a human being. Our questions were answered and we began the process of having TVP do the work for us. What a great team them have! We should have our visas within the next 10 days. No more hassles. Thanks Travel Visa Pro.
