"This place is pretty cool. I've passed by a few times on Alberta and stopped inside to check it out. Since I'm not currently practicing any instruments, I didn't have any need to buy anything, but if I ever pick back up on music study, either for theory or actually playing, I know this would be a good place to visit. Service is nice and they have a lot to offer."
"The store is ok. The people that work there, not so much. Don't go here if you are wanting any type of customer service. Went once, wont come back."
"Have gone here exclusively since I was a teenager. I moved out of the state and came back last year. I’m now and stoked to see both locations are still going strong. Be kind and patient and you’ll get the same back from the employees. Knowledgeable and nice staff. Short staffed due to the pandemic so be patient. Also FYI for any music store that does trades. These employees have to answer all kinds of dumb amateur questions that you should already know the answer to from doing your due diligence and researching your gear and what you want. If you ask a dumb question don’t expect them to smile and hold your hand. Act right."
"Fair prices, good service. The trade up policy isn't that great but new and used prices are good...especially if you barter a little bit on the used. Because they're not a big chain like Guitar Center, they have a fair amount of eclectic stuff you won't see elsewhere...at least in the Northwest."
"Good store! It was in it that I bought my son his first guitar in life! He will remember this forever."
