Horrible Horrible Horrible. These people will destroy your vehicle, hold your car for $50.00 ransom, and then deny the damage that could of only happened while the vehicle was in their forced valet service. Do not use them or the hotels they are contracted by. Horrible customer service. Dodging phone calls and dodging responsibility.
