"I am not a customer, but I have been on the other side. I have called several businesses before that use Towne Answering Service. Both small businesses that I called had their "secretaries" schedule appointments for me. When I didn't recognize the name of the person on the other line, I later asked the owners if they hired someone new. The person on the line was so pleasant to speak with and I wanted to forward my compliments to the owner.
