Just went in around 9 pm and wasn't even welcomed or greeted upon walking into the store. We walked around and not one employee stopped to ask us if we needed assistance or offered any suggestions. I have been to the Total Wine store in Elk Grove and thought to give this store a try as well. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back here again. Customer service was very lackluster. Do better.

Great selections, prices, sales, and deals! I was able to find my favorite Louisiana brew (Abita) and flavors (Strawgator, Andygator, Turbodog, Hop-On...) for Mardi Gras celebrations! The manager and all the employees were so helpful and courteous. Even though they are listed on Instacart, this is one store I still enjoy frequenting in person.

We've been doing all of our alcohol shopping at Total Wine for a decade (except the occasional excursion to Grocery Outlet for beer or wine, which is usually the same price or more expensive than Total Wine). Their selection is pretty overwhelming, but it's a fun way to spend an evening, especially if there is some wine tasting going on in the store. Also, they have ordered hard-to-get liquors and scotches for us in the past... not sure if they are still doing that, but it was great when they did.

Love this place! Great variety, clean establishment, knowledgeable staff. Great cigars and not too pricey either. Highly recommend

Staff very helpful, great selection. Especially if you want to stocc up on your drinks.. for the same item you'll pay almost double at the small closer liquor store. It's worth going to.
