We needed to purchase a new shower door unit for my elderly mother's neo-angle shower. The support staff at Total Glass generously spent a lot of time with me on the phone explaining options and how we could find something that would fit within my mom's budget even though this was a relatively small job. We set up a time for her doors to be measured and a genuinely nice and helpful person came out to measure. He explained to my mom that she really didn't need a new door and explained why her current one hadn't been working. He then, at no additional charge, went on to do a minor repair that took care of the problem. On top of that later that day, I once again received a very nice call-back from the support staff just checking in to make sure everything was OK. The customer service at Total Glass was, at least for me, beyond outstanding. I only hope I have some opportunity to utilize their business in the future.
