"The convenience is the best thing about Tommy’s if I need a quick clean, but I have a hard time visibly seeing the differences in pricing after trying all wash options they offer. To get a hand towel for cleaning inside of your car, they ask that you purchase the highest level wash. The hand towel is very small for my Toyota Highlander, I typically need just to wipe the inside surfaces."

"I never had a complaint with this car wash until today. One thing I dislike is going to a place that is not supposed to be closed and is closed. I got there at 7:pm and it was closed. I couldn't even get in to speak with anyone because they had a signed with the business hours closing the entrance. Ironically it clearly stated Friday they closed at 8pm. I got there minutes before 8pm so is not like I got there at almost 8pm. I pay monthly for my membership and this really made me feel some type of way."
