"Sprint here for a truly inventive brunch menu 😊 From breakfast bao, kimchi, cakes, to sandos, this menu truly has something to delight everyone at your table. Ordered the breakfast bao (pre-made, so, no subs), which was more a heavy snack, rather than sustainable, but the flavor profile was incredible. Added the doenjang soup, because I was still hungry, and enjoyed the comforting notes, and well seasoned execution. Coffee was dark roasted, and unique; kudos to their source choice. After a % tip, total came to $. Saw the donut flight nearby and exercised some intense self control. One of the few menus I've seen offering a soufle cake. I'll definately be returning for both of those. Bar top seating, a few larger tables, floor to ceiling windows make for a beautifully open and sunny atmo, and outdoor covered tables are available as well. Service was good; attentive but not invasive. Standard downtown pay street parking which was challenging due to construction. 4 stars for portion v. price point, but, this maybe the new norm for downtown as the rebuild from the last two years continues."
"We tried a bunch of small plates here and loved each of them! The spam musubi was really elevated and the bao burger was so fun!"
"I really wanted to like this place. Like really! But part of the bao in the bao burger was straight raw. The beef patty, cheese, pickles, and onions were great! But the substantial piece of raw bao is a dealbreaker. We kindly let our waiter know so that hopefully no one else gets raw dough in their meal. The Korean fried chicken sandwich was mostly batter and less chicken. But the sandwich itself had great texture to it, but I also can’t recommend this sandwich. The omurice was great. Tasted excellent. I really wanted to like this place. I had high hopes for it. But raw dough is a cardinal sin in a restaurant."
"I think the appetizers were better then my main meal. The Kimchi is amazing but doesn't come on the bipimbap which surprised me. I wanted a bit more flavor but it was still delicious. The drinks were amazing and innovative. Place was busy at dinner time."
"Really great experience. We ordered the Chicken Wing flight, the Pork & Cabbage Mandu, Steamed Bao Burger, and the Hand-pulled Noodles in Chili Oil. We ordered everything up front and shared. Everything was delicious and so flavorful. The bao burger was unique and delightful. The hand-pulled noodles were my favorite. Their texture was so perfect and the flavors were out of this world. Definitely check this place out! Cocktails were also a success."
