"It starts out great, but like other reviews have stated, once they get paid, all communication stops and the whole process basically comes to a halt. We bought a house here and it's been sitting on the property for 3 weeks now. They told us a week and a half ago that it was ready, everything was hooked up, and we just had to pick up the keys and move in. Immediately afterward, I looked at it and the water, sewer, and electric have still yet to be hooked up, the A/C has not been delivered or hooked up, and there was water coming up out of the ground which I dug up and it appears they broke our water line when they were leveling the ground for the base pad and then just covered it up (picture attached). After repeatedly contacting multiple people and being given the run around, I spoke to the guy in charge of the utilities and he told me we aren't even on the schedule yet. They also don't honor the referral bonus, because my Dad hasn't even been contacted about it, and he let me know that when he bought a Titan home, they failed to bolt it together so after a few months the house was separating at the marriage line. Definitely will not be doing business with Titan anymore and would not recommend to anyone."
