"I'm waiting 5 weeks for service; We signed up with TNT Alarms about & were very pleased but soon it became Titan Alarms which was still a good service until I'm not sure what happened. In my husband had just gotten home from a 2 week stay in the hospital. He had been in ICU & came home on oxygen. The alarm went off in the early morning but it was a problem with the alarm, not an actual disturbance. It was still frightening to be awakened by the alarm. It took several days for a tech to come fix the issue. We were charged for the fix. Now, here we are years later, about the same time of year. My husband is no longer with me. My alarm again went off in the early morning hours. I called locally & was told it wasn't something they could fix, I would have to call Brinks. I see nothing in my contract that says Brinks is part of my contract - which BTW, it doesn't expire until . I tried calling twice at different times but the wait time was more than I was able to wait. I stopped in at the local office & was told a minute wait for Brinks is normal even for Titan. I left & received a call while busy from TITAN. She wanted to make an appointment for March . The alarm malfunctioned on February . I assume I will again owe them money for their inconvenience. My inconvenience & safety is of no concern. I have been billed since this occurred & assume I will be billed again prior to the fix. I am not a happy lady & would appreciate just not having an alarm any longer. I haven't had one for a bit & I've gotten used to it, so why bother?"
