Excellent warm water pool. There are therapists on site and classes 5 days a week both in water and on land. The swim lesson program id's exceptional and offered year round! And personal trainers that help you attain your fitness goals and increase your quality of life.

I bring my dad here to use the pool for exercise. He is elderly/disabled and the setup they have here is excellent for people with disabilities. It's also just down the street from the assisted living care home he stays at, which is convenient.

I have not been in to exercise yet, but went in for a conversation. They offer a variety of therapeutic exercise classes for a reasonable cost. Lots of choices both in the pool and out. They say the pool is 92F, and has a ramp to get in the water if needed.

In door pool open for public. Enroll to become a member and take advantage of the land and aqua fitness. Visit Timpany center and inquire for free use of the warm/ indoor pool and spa. Before you enroll. Have fun....

They desperately need a “heuer” lift in the “lobster pot” AKA hot tub. Impossible for wheelchair-dependent persons to SAFELY enter OR exit the hot tub. It required three lifeguards to extract an elderly infirm person from the hot tub ‼️!! This problem must be addressed. Excuses not acceptable!
