We recently had the owner of the shop come to our home and prepare out Grandmother's clock for our move out of state. A commercial mover loaded the clock trucking it with our belongings 1200 miles where the clock was placed in storage for 3 months and then again moved by truck to our new home. As instructed by the owner of Timekeepers I took all the tape out of and off the chains and parts clueless to me, put the weights back on and like magic the clock started ticking and has kept perfect time for now nearly 3 months! And...it that isn't wonderful. After living in Escondido for 33 years Timekeepers has not only serviced our Grandmother's clock numerous times, but repaired an antique pocket watch, serviced our German Cuckoo Clock and our wall pendulum clock. Yes, I like clocks. If you do too, go to this shop on Grand Avenue in Escondido, if not for clock repair, for the wonderful experience of seeing every clock imaginable. You will never need to step foot in another jewelry, watch, and clock sales/repair shop. Their inventory is unequivocally the best selection in the whole county. After knowing the owner Burhan for a few months, he took my old stainless steel and gold Seiko and gave me a new, higher quality limited edition Seiko Coutura, free of charge. Some of the best customer service I've ever received, period. Do yourself a favor, and make a stop here.

Great, rapid service. Batteries replaced on 2 watches while I waited — less than 5 min. Previously, I replaced one battery at a fine jewelry store for $70. Timekeepers charged a small fraction of that for 2 watches. Great value.

UPDATE !! I HAD ANOTHER VISIT AND BROUGHT MY GOLD TO SELL as the sign painted on back door states in big letters....we buy gold.... well i guess i was the first to know"57 7 was met with as far as the selection goes its just a place a watch lover would want to never leave ! i could stay a good 3 days and nights straight and never try them all on. every dream watch you could travel in time to visit and see in person is there somewhere. its easy to forget your favorite youll start to develope a love for many brands for their designs of one or more watches in paticular. / ...9.9 for the store itself and its collection! However the guy who runs it day to day is slmeone i cant read very well. i think he beleives he actually is the inventor or idealist who brought the world time keeping devices. Hes somewhat friendly and half the time he is fairly sociable but off and on he makes dry sarcastic remarks as if their is a cool guy club of battery changers listening and laughing at comments...

Hes somewhat friendly and half the time he is fairly sociable but off and on he makes dry sarcastic remarks as if their is a cool guy club of battery changers listening and laughing at comments hes sure go unnoticed by customers and never breaking character or cracking a smile. so you kinda just ignore it as to just not rock the boat. hes no fun to haggle with either because again hes got an arrogance about him and doesnt really barter. If you dont like his proposal on your item he wont let you counter and simply just say " ive got too many watches." and he will just walk away and go back to what he was doing without another word. as if hes insulted by uour presence . Hes got potential to be a great guy but its just annoying to either bend his way or lose his acceptance of you in his castle of watches....its all good though. men are men and were all weird territorial and cocky sometimes. i just wish i could find someone fun and excited that i could have a interesting conversation with and do some trade or selling with. honestly though go there anfd look thru the cases and cases. its a museum 'and its worth the trip. thanks for reandin" and heres a few pics of watches ive either bought or traded at timekeepers."
