FAQ:
"Quick service. Swapped my bands and battery(and he cleaned all the crud of for proper seal) on my G-shock in, definitely recommend."
"I stopped by the store because I have a watch that broke recently and I was nearby. I walked in and asked if they repaired pocket watches and he answered "I'm a certified master watch smith" or something to that effect, as opposed to just saying "yes we fix pocket watches". I immediately got a feel for his amazing people skills, mentioned in other reviews. I did not have the watch with me but asked about pricing for repairs. He immediately jumped into a sarcastic response that did not answer my question other than to say in a round about way that he would not tell me about pricing. He told me, "It will cost a million dollars, and if anybody gives you a price without looking at the item then I would run for the hills." Which was not remotely helpful of course. No explanation of labor charges or anything else. I understand the price will vary with parts required but labor should be a flat charge. Just answer customer questions in a friendly manner. Bottom line is if you want to talk to somebody that won't value your time or business, stop by Time Zone! Rude attitude is apparently free of charge there. I'm going to look for another watch repair shop, I won't even try this place."
"This person shares my conservative views on watches. A person should not have to throw a watch away just because a watch’s batteries run out. Thank you for your thoughtfulness."
"I am at a loss for what just happens about an hour ago. Just recently found my Father’s watch … from the ’s for sure. Thought I’ll get a new battery and get it cleaned up.. as I am gifting it to my son. Upon arriving a nice young lady asked what I needed, I explained and she handed the watch to a man/ maybe owner as he is the one in the picture on the site. I asked if could watch, he didn’t respond but quickly replaced battery, and started to scold me with this indifferent tone that the watch was from the ’s and that it needed to be serviced, it has never been serviced/ cleaned and that the battery wouldn’t work write, we charge $ for that. I tried to explain that I had just found the watch, but he proceeded to stand up and walk out of his store! I was already holding back tears, so emotional to hold his watch, he passed years ago, I paid, crying and the young lady was apologetic because I did say to her sorry for crying in the store. I got my receipt for battery and walked out, as I did I saw him grimacing at me from atop the square grassy knoll.. what?? I don’t care what his problem was, but I’ll never go there again.. I was happy to find something so close to me I would have gladly paid the $ to get the watch to function properly, but I won’t ever set foot in his place and I will not recommend him to anyone I know! Bye bye Felicia 👎🏼 Horrible disposition.. hope he can make a living outta selling batteries"
"Owner/ man working there is very rude and disrespectful. Wanted to overcharge me for a simple battery replacement. I declined and he responded “we’ll see you back here when you can’t find anyone else who can do it”. I got it done for $ the next day by another shop. Do not recommend going here for anything."
