Yet another place in uptown where you would think you could eat your lunch and be left alone, but nope, every single time you set foot near trade and tryon there is a professional beggar asking for money. Mayors office is completely blind to the issue on purpose.

This park used to be a nice attraction but has been ignored for over a year now. The clock has not worked in more than a year, the fountain is not back on, the water is stagnant and it would be nice to see the tables back by the fountain area.

The fountain in the corner of this park will really make you say wow. Thomas Polk Park is located right in the town square of Uptown Charlotte. This place is a great get away from all of the noise. The waterfall really puts a soothing sound into the environment.
