"We read the positive reviews before going, but unfortunately did not have a positive experience ourselves. The two staff were grumpy and disinterested, especially the man who took my photo. Clearly he was bothered and would have preferred to be elsewhere, creating an uncomfortable minutes. The quality of the photo was also poor compared to past passport photos - washed out and monotone and overall not appealing. We hailed a taxi and went to Photo Mission Studios to redo the photos - much better quality, more complimentary and a friendly, accommodating attitude."
"As medical professional, I can say that this is by far one of the most professional studios I have had the pleasure of going to. I have used them from taking formal profile photographs to passport photos and have been extremely pleased with the end result. I had no issues having my passport photo accepted using their services as well. The photographers are nothing but extremely courteous, always have a smile on their faces, patient in answering questions, and very efficient in accomplishing the task at end. I would give this studio stars."
