Super cute, toddler friendly, indoor space. Staff was amazing. Wish it was a bit bigger but it looks like they have more space on the floor which I hope will be an extension. My boy had a great time! Zero complaints! Great service

Family and daughter had a blast. If you are entering from Vesey street - the physical location to this place is to the far back. You have to go up the escalator and make an immediate right. Highlights - Nanni (spellcheck) was awesome. Super engaging with the kids. They have a ballpit, bounce house, reading section, kitchen set, and some toys for the little ones. Bubble disco was pretty fun. Its perfect for 2-4 yr olds. Oh. Pro tip. If you are purchasing tickets online - you just need the general ticket purchase as it covers all of the activities. There is a glitch where you can just select the bubble disco. Purchase the general and you are good to go

The tribeca location was great. The new location is a watered down version. The kids don’t care about the ball pit or the castle. The rest of the space just has some basic children’s toys, nothing special. There are no amenities, not even a restroom (you must use the facility in the mall) and they charge a premium for admission. This place is off the beaten path too, not worth the trip.
