Here are some reviews from our users.
"Please stay away from this company at all costs. I stayed with this housing network from September to December and every month we got bills taped to our door of the owner of WIHN owing the building thousands upon thousands of dollars. With a week left in my stay, I had to move apartments because the building(that WIHN never paid for us to live there) found out that WIHN was leasing out the apartment to other people. My roommates and I were only given 3 hours to move out. This company is disgusting and untrustworthy. They take your money and then do not pay any of the buildings you stay at. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM."
"There were many issues in my apartment. Having 7 girls in a two bedroom apartment is wild to start with, then we only had one working toilet for much of my stay. Our dishwasher didn't work when we moved in and had to be replaced. Our freezer constantly leaked water on the floor, and when maintenance came, they were unable to fix it and left the pooling water there. The place had broken chairs and many lights that did not work. They kitchen was poorly stocked and didn't even any kitchen towels. Luckily, it was in a nice apartment building that had a pool, gym, theatre room, and business center, but those really were the only redeeming qualities of my experience other than luckily being paired with great roommates. If you reallllly need a place to stay, WIHN will work, but don't expect it to be very nice."
"I have been pleased with the WIHN experience. The staff promptly addresses any issues and really work to answer questions. The location is amazing and convenient, with Union Station just a quick walk and the Giant grocery store nearby. For convenience, the location cannot be beat. The kitchen is decently stocked with utensils and cookware, although it varies a bit from apartment to apartment. The mattress is comfortable enough. Amenities at Senate Square are nice, although I really just used the screening room and the rooftop. The apartment is nice and roomy for multiple people, although there is some mild to moderate "wear and tear" on the floor and furniture. That is why I gave it four stars. For an inexpensive and safe location, this is a great option! I will recommend it to other interns."
"The WIHN was perfect for my stay in DC. Not only is the apartment pristine and conveniently located, but the staff is as helpful as they come! They foster a tight knit, family like community that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable... not to mention they have the best maintenance staff in the game! / would recommend to any Intern coming to the Hill!"
"WIHN is the best place for interns in DC! Randy and the staff are so helpful and responsive. Move in was easy and the properties are very nice and clean. Full WiFi, washer dryer, tv, etc. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to stay while working in DC!"
