"Like most apartment complexes there's the common noise and pet issues However... My apartment and immediate neighbors are great. If you dont let the area and a few bad attitudes ruin it, Hope Valley is a nice complex."

"Depending on the day of the week and time this living establishment of apartments can be quiet at times. On the other hand at times loud noisy involving music, arguing, yelling, other issues trash dumpster over filled with everything, lightning could be better in certain areas at times in parking. Overall 3 🌟 average 😐"

"I live here at the villas of Hope Valley for about a year going on 2 years now. I have to give them 2 stars because of the I see walkway walkway. I had to take off a work for about 3 days because it was just too icy to try to walk on it. When I did try to walk on it I almost slipped and fall. I wish one of the maintenance man would have put down some salt our shovel to make it easier for us to walk to the parking lot or to the office if needed something I'm very disappointed"

"I have been living here since May of last year. So far I can say they are really good. They spray every month for bugs and for roaches I had problems with mice and they spraypeople fix the problem. My only problem is that the walls seem to be thin and that I can hear sometime my neighbors talk ."

"Angelica showed us our apartment and helped with signing lease, very kind and very professional! We have moved in and besides minor stuff (bath tub faucet was stuck, oven wouldn't turn on) it really is a nice place to live! all updated! We have not noticed any bugs at all, no roaches. Neighbors seem friendly enough and apartment is quiet during the evening time. very nice place to live and very comfortable."
