Unprofessional behavior from a very rude and condescending physician.

“Urgent care” does not apply to this clinic. I made a reservation online for 9:00 am to be seen thinking this extra step would expedite the process upon arrival. At 10:00 am when I was still in the lobby, the front desk clerk said a reservation doesn’t guarantee being seen any sooner because it’s a walk in clinic. Don’t waste your time making a reservation. I didn’t make it back to a room for an hour and a half. If you want to be seen in a timely manner I would not suggest this clinic. I will say the nurse was very friendly and efficient. The Dr. was knowledgeable and quick to provide treatment. Her bedside manner left something to be desired.

Dr's have been great. Unfortunately they have a nurse (blonde hair with tattoos behind her ear) that ask questions that she shouldn't be like "do you plan on getting the vaccine" after she already ask if we had it. She also implied we were getting her sick by coming because she had an auto immune disease. If you shouldn't go to the Dr where should you go when you are sick? If she doesn't feel safe working in her field she should definitely not be doing it. She also was handing out her medical opinion as facts like she was a doctor and telling my son that he would have life long issues after having covid. This company needs to be careful that this nurse does not continue to represent herself like she is a doctor. She could really scare someone willing to believe her.

Nice nurses but extremely slow! It was very easy to reserve a spot in line pretty quickly this morning (within the hour), and when I arrived only 30 min after them opening, I walked in to an empty waiting room - so I was hopeful it would be a quick trip. I wait for almost 30 minutes and when I inquired, the woman at the front desk told me there was already 3 people back there and only 1 person working. I finally got called back, waited a while for the NP to come in, then waited quite a while to be taken to xray, then waited for about 45 min for the results of the xray. I was there a little over 2 hours total - which seems crazy to me considering the lobby was empty. The front desk workers were just OK, but the NP and the xray tech were very nice. I don't know that I would go back though!
