"I have had good experiences at this UPS Store for basic services, but don't waste your time trying to get something notarized. Their Web site says they have a notary, but they don't, and when I called about it, they didn't seem concerned about this misinformation."
"Teen guy employee smoking hookah and giggling right in the opening of store. Poor service a girl told me i paid my mailbox and when I went back to report her they had already shut my mailbox down. These haters get jobs in wealthy areas mistreat people who actually live there.. They lost a customer from people that live in n hills area!"
"I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store and the staff that work there. We brought them a real challenge with a 6' 8" antique mounted sailfish. We were really worried there was going to be no way to safely ship it, but store manager Dominique and the rest of the staff were focused on finding a solution and took care of it for us almost like it was any normal shipping request. We will definitely be coming here first in the future for anything we need to ship - no matter how giant or odd."
"Sent a package worth $ back to a store out of town and the clerk typed the address in wrong. It got shipped back to the North Hills UPS store. No one called or let me know. Then they “disposed” of it. They claim there is nothing they can do. UPS as a company should be ashamed to have this store with their name on it. Drive the extra mile to the one in Sutton Square where the customer service is exceptional!"
"Greedy owner!!!!!!! I had an Amazon return, my own box and label. Once free, this owner is now charging $2. to tape my box. "
