"This UPS Store is very close to my house, so I have used it a few times and have had a negative interaction every time. The Owner Steve, is a box salesman, always critical and condescending - and trying to upsell people by turning packaging into "brain surgery." It's kind of shocking to see a business owner be so openly rude to customers. My last visit saw a young lady leave in tears after he treated her like a child for not having enough tape on her box. From now on I will drive a little further to the nice folks at the UPS store at Harvest Plaza on Strickland Road. Steve is arrogant as you can see from many of the reviews before mine. I don't know what he is going through in life personally, so I won't judge him, and I will pray for him and hope that he can find peace in his life. I don't need to witness this negativity that is so common these days, so I won't be using his services."

"I visit this store a few weeks ago and I was blown away. I intially called and was assisted by Steven. Who gave me good advise on notarizing. When I went in to get this done at the same store there was a line almost out the door and Steven was by himself. He helped every customer promptly and with professionalism. I will definitely go back here!"

Employee was rude when I asked what he was charging for, an item was 1/3 of my bill and when I asked what it was (couldnt tell from the description on the small keypad) he was rude and condescending. "My husband and I recently relocated to NC from out of state, and needed to ship a number of somewhat large and heavy boxes, and needed to have them stored until we had a place to live lined up and were able to come pick them up. I called this UPS location and Naomi was super helpful in answering all my questions about this process and promptly getting me the necessary paperwork. (The price was also really reasonable!) On pick-up day, Naomi and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, and even helped us load our boxes into our truck. They really turned what could have been a huge hassle, into a very painless and smooth experience."
