"I refuse to go back. I used this location because it was convenient located on my drive home. They have continued to nickel and dime everything. I use this to ship my ups package as well as my Amazon returns. I told myself that I was done after I had a bad experience with them about 2 months ago. I needed a shipping label printed because I forgot mine at home, they wanted to charge me $3 to print it. $3 to print one shipping label!! I spent $ on the next day air shipping and refused to pay it. So I left and drove to another location where they happily printed and shipped my package without asking for any money. This past Friday I was driving by and said I’ll give them another chance, so I went in to return an Amazon package which I had in a box with the label. The box had a slight tear on the seam that needed taped. They wouldn’t ship it until paid a “taping fee”. I mean this is ridiculous at this point. I drive right down keller parkway and walked into a other UPS store which was happy to take and ship my package. I’m absolutely done with this and I would hope you don’t make the same mistake I made by going into the horrible customer service nightmare. Drive the extra mile or 2 to any other UPS location because I promise it’ll turn out way better. I knew that the owner would respond with the typical Amazon policy. It’s funny how the Amazon policy doesn’t apply to other locations in the area. Like I mentioned, I went 3 miles down Keller Pkwy to the location at Keller Pkwy Ste and they used my box and gladly taped it for a whopping $0. To me this location is driven by the owners direction to increase revenue and not meet customer’s needs. I guess $1. is more important then my return business. I hope the next customer takes my advice and drives right past this location to the next, to enjoy what is left in the area of customer service."

"This location knows good customer service. My packages are always delivered timely and Kee Kee always greets customers with a smile. She is very knowledgeable of the services offered as well. There is another employee named Chris who is also just as friendly and he bends over backwards to ensure that you leave with a smile. I switched to this location and their service is unmatched. I recommend this location."

The first was when I needed to return Xfinity equipment (should have been simple, but Xfinity was not helpful at all and took no responsibility).
