"Rude slow unprofessional. Could have jumped over the counter and shipped it faster myself. Brought item in a box and was charged $2 for another box and told it had to be in their box or UPS wouldn’t pay a claim on it. Then she dilly dallied behind the counter for 5 minutes looking for said box. Then charged me a $3. “packing fee” and gave me attitude."

"Dropped off an amazon return, employee printed the shipping label, now a week later UPS has no record of the tracking number beyond "label was printed", so the package never got picked up/scanned in by UPS. Called the UPS Store to ask them what was going on and they refused to do anything and said it's UPS' problem. UPS of course says they've never received the package and thus won't do anything. Package is probably sitting in the UPS store's backroom somewhere. Totally unhelpful service. I'll try Kohl's next time i have an amazon return."
