"I was here recently to have some required fingerprints done and was taken back at how packed the place was. The young lady at the front controlled the crowd very well and kept the line moving quickly. The gentleman that scanned my fingerprints was very professional. I was in and out of there in no time!"

"I shipped off an item this past Monday 8/1 with an estimated delivery of Friday 8/5 yet there is no information in the system saying my item was ever shipped off this location has either lost my package or someone’s sticky fingers walked my package out the door. Was told by manager the value of my device can be return to be if my items can not be replaced what is the point of a refund of my funds I want more than an apology I want results."
