Here are some reviews from our users.
"We always look to find the local owned spots when we travel and luckily we came across Sushi Samurai yesterday after brewery hopping in the Ballard area! As you can see from the pictures, the food was incredible but the experience was made by sitting at the sushi bar- we learned it’s family owned and Ben the sushi-making-lord himself gave us a very welcoming Seattle experience! Highly recommend 🙌🏼"
"Sushi Samurai is one of my favorites on Queen Anne. The staff is so friendly and their service, as well as their menu, is excellent! Everything on the menu is so good and freshly made. I also like the presentation of the variety of sushi we ordered."
"Amazing sushi, amazing people- Best sushi in Seattle, hands down"
"Absolutely fantastic service and quality of food, definitely recommend for anyone in the area. Less pricey and more satisfying than many downtown spots"
"really great sushi and nigiri. the waitress was rude and that definitely dampen our experiences there, perhaps she had a bad day? either way, she took down our orders wrong and charged us extra for her mistakes too — it was an interesting experience. also, there is no seating arrangements for more than 4 people! reply to the owner: everyone thought the waitress was rude that night, but we are reasonable and know that everyone is human and may have had a bad day and tipped her well anyways. however, it is weird for the owner to chalk bad service up to sexism, especially if it's a repeated offense as is suggested by the owner. anyone is welcome to look at my hundreds of reviews to see that I don't often, if ever, have much to add about the wait staff, as they are almost always reasonable! I will be changing my rating after this weird response — we won’t be coming back. we also did not have any complaints about wait times at all, we thought we were seated very promptly. but I felt it was fair to let other potential patrons know how the restaurant is currently set up so they can plan ahead."
