I hired Raymond Ghermezian as my attorney after we settled they haven’t pay me my money yet it been seven month since we settled my attorney stop accepting my calls and emails I thought by reporting this issue to the State Bar they would help me (NOT) I think they all work together.

My Husband hired a Paralegal and she didn't include all of my papers for my divorce, she was also practicing LAW however she doesn't have a LAW DEGREE.. This woman told me we have no DEBTS/ASSETS and to let my divorce go onto DEFAULT.. I decided to file a COMPLAINT against this fraudulent woman and "WON" My investigator handled my case in a timely manner and now she will get EVERYTHING she deserves.. Ladies do not let your HUSBAND rob you out of what you worked hard for..

Do not hire George L Fernandez I went to the state bar of California located in Redlands and they recommended this guy. I paid $2600 to evict my tenant I hired them in July 2021 and the tenant is still here. The tenant is my brother who’s renting a room. The tenant is not paying any rent and using drugs. I emailed George L Fernandez and I texted his assistant and they won’t return my text or email. Sometimes they return text and email and most times they don’t My property is located in Adelanto Ca So, I’m very sad that I hired this attorney. I’m considering holding a sign saying “ don’t hire George L Fernandez “

I'm very disappointed with this organization feel like they mission is to protect each others I file my complaint against attorney Luis manual Avila for taking more money than me in my settlement agreement amount I made a perfect report sending all the paperwork of my case to the state bar after more than 2 months I received an email from drew aresca saying that they will close the case because I didn't respond to the letter the state bar sent to my asking for provide more proof of my accusation against the attorney I never receive any latter from them and the documents he's asking for was already added went I file my complaint from the beginning everything was sent into the envelope they receive is so sad because this is the second complaint I'm making to the state bar and in the first complaint this is the same tactic the state bar employee uses to close my case basically they're just finding out some excuse to blame you for not providing more proof then close your case I will neve...

State Bar hired an out of state non lawyer to determine if I had a case against my lawyer . His ..contract..was up in middle of the complaint.. So left talking to nobody...I did find out that the state bar receives over 60.000 complaints a year. Not a pretty picture for honest attorneys doing their job.
