"Bought a button fern from here and was very unhappy to see that the plant had arrived in not the best shape as it was already dried out and have been trying to revive it with little success. Won't be purchasing from here again."
"I ordered a plant for a friend who had a surgery recently. The price of the plant and a pot was much more expensive for what you can get from a local stores, but I ordered them for the convenience of online ordering and delivery. Paid extra $ for express shipping, but it took them full 1 week for delivery. There is no phone line to contact for customer service. If needed quick response, the website has chat box which takes them hours for a reply which I find it unacceptable. Email response also takes several days for them to respond. Had I known that the express delivery takes normally full week, I would have ordered from another company that delivers same day, let alone there is no customer service available to reach.I gave a one star given the plant and the pot arrived without any breakage, but I would not order from this company again. There are many more other options online for plants."
"Very heavy on Instagram aesthetic but lovely helpful staff and an assortment of ferns, pothos, African violets, money trees and small palms. I got a small plant and planter and the associate potted it for me, which is super helpful for someone like me who knows zero about plants."

"I am so happy a friend introduced to The Sill!! I am so glad that I went in person rather than ordering online. The cozy storefront is inviting and the two gals that helped me, Alisa & Ava (the A team!), were so friendly and knowledgeable...the went and beyond! The plants were all very healthy and reasonably priced. I picked up these beauties and goodies 🌱 would have given 5 stars if the apparel wasn't so overpriced ($ for Tshirt??)."
