"Nice spot to sit indoor or out for Happy Hour at the south end of Venice can’t really see the beach or ocean, but you are very close and right near all the spots near the Pier. Raw bar stuff and other good food — nice deals at HH M-F ! Go and shake off the covid blues and warm up before sunset on the sand !"
"Dinner was great - the oysters and scallops were delicious Server was attentive and friendly. The manager was visible, assisted staff, and greeted customers. I was impressed the restroom had an attendant. All around worth the time and money."
"The Pier House was the best choice of our day! We’re celebrating a birthday and wanted to see the sun set over the Pacific. I set a reservation for pm (after sunset) and put in the notes, “We were hoping to have reservations at 5pm.” Minutes later, I received confirmation for our 5pm outdoor seating. When we arrived, our hostess AJ showed us to our seat, with a beautiful view of the Venice Beach fishing pier and the sun was getting to put on a show. Chris served us, gave great recommendations, moved several heaters next to us to keep us warm, and kept bringing us great seafood. At the end, we got a special birthday surprise for our son. All in all, this was by far our best day in LA. We will return! Thanks to all of you at The Pier House!"
"Had a business lunch here out on the patio. Casual, chill vibes by the beach with some good seafood. Got the shrimp cocktail, Connecticut lobster roll w chips, and the chef’s dessert was bread pudding with BACON pieces. It was was of the best desserts I’ve had in a while."
"I came to this place not knowing what to expect. First off, this negroni drink was so good I drank it before I can take a picture. It was some kinda good. Tasty gin drink. Next I had the beer battered fish and chips. It came out hot and tasy. Very flavorful food. Also the Poke with the chips is good. Sit outside in walking distance from the beach. It has good service and good people. Try the lobster roll too. It's a dish worth eating and taking your time. Please take your time and enjoy your food. This food is savory."
