Mixed experience. The space is big and modern, the prices very fair, and the portions generous. On the other hand, somehow the flavors were missing that "pop" I expect from Vietnamese. The V8 "Spicy Lemongrass" was the let-down. Of course there are condiments at the table, but still something was lacking. The A1 Shrimp spring rolls were quite good, with a nice serving of peanut sauce on the side Honestly, I have to think that unless I lived nearby and was walking to dinner, I would explore some of the many other choices within a couple miles' drive.

I got their pho for dinner two nights in a row. I'm afraid the reviews that say there is no flavor or aromatics we're written by people with anosmia from covid. Maybe my taste buds are dumb but the pho was really really good. Sure the meat portion wasn't huge but whatever, get double if you want it that way. Stuff is more expensive now, don't expect the restaurant to eat the extra cost, they provide a good service that you can't provide. It wasn't even that expensive.

Better off anywhere else. I wanted to enjoy this place due to it's location but the food is just not worth it. The Pho is a bland experience from start to finish. The broth has no aromatics, no personality, no real flavor. If you need a meal but don't want to remember anything about it it then this is the place for you.

Got the chicken pad Thai and it was not traditional. It had orange sauce mixed in the noodles and the beef or steak was really chewy. Bug in my cup of water. The atmosphere was weird the workers or owners had their own table with a bunch of kids running around and eating. I can imagine the kitchen is not sanitary. The parking near by in the parking garage is shady because it has an apartment attached. The people were very sketchy.
