"If you need your passport in a rush and have the funds to do so - go with The Passport Office. They got me my passport in days and the process and customer service was some of the best I've experienced!"
"Great experience. No wait time. I made on appointment and was taken back within 1 min. They had coffee and water in their waiting room. There was a document I was missing because the person I made the appointment with didn’t tell me. But they were patient and calm, never rushed me, and waited until a gathered everything they needed. They had a printer there and can take passport photos if you don’t have one, too. Truly, a one stop shop."
"You pay a premium for the convenience but for me, business owner, mother of 3, worth every penny. I overlooked expiration date of my passport and discovered it one week prior to departure. Office is lovely and accomadating, Amanda couldn't be more pleasent, helped to complete my application, able to take the requisite passport photo and answers all questions. Received my new passport Monday morning in time for last minute travel on Wednesday. Thank you to The Passport Office!"
"This place has its pros and cons. Pros: -Very friendly and professional staff. Raquel (agent who helped me) did an amazing job. - Quick service for those of us leaving everything for the last minute. - love the atmosphere, no crowds and wating in lines like other places. Cons: - lack of communication with phone agents who make you the appointments. Need more details to let us know. First of all it would of been nice knowing I required authorization with security to go to the th floor where they are located. I spend more than min trying to figure out how to make it to my appointment. - no parking, and since I spend so much time figuring out where to go I paid $ ish for parking next door. - I was a little bit upset with the process. Finding parking , then finding the place, then filling the application to then find out it's our responsibility to take the package to post office and bringing it back was crazy. (I had my newborn and toddler with me. Not happy of bringing them in and out of carseats) I thought they took care of everything just like the agency in San Diego or like the federal building in Los angeles. Overall if you need help filling out the forms without dealing with a lot of people and expedite the process of getting the passport I highly recommend it, but honestly just make the appointment with the federal building and deal with filing out your forms your self."
"I had a trip planned with my wife, and I realized my passport was expired 4 days prior to my trip, Raul was able to get my wife her passport in hours, this was completely professional and very quick. Raul is a very smart agent who knows all the rules of the US State Department. The appointment took only min, something that I thought would take all day. I recommend The Passport Office to anyone who needs to get their passport quick. Thank you Raul, you saved our honeymoon."
