I had an amazing view from my seats in box 18. I wish the seats were a little bigger, however. I'm a tall guy with a little dough in the middle and they felt extremely tight. That's the only negative. The staff were very very helpful. The bathrooms were extremely clean. Wait staff was very prompt and we had our drinks in no time. Great experience overall. I could see Tori amos play like I was right above her. Amazing.

We were amazed at the musical advantage older incredible acoustics gave to the Brit Floyd show on 3/16/22. The venue is stunning, and I would love to experience more shows there. Not a bad seat in the place. Bathroom are unisex, different to have a guy washing his hands while you are. Now, I am sure if you are contemplating attending an event here, you are aware of the recent crime uptick in the neighborhood. I felt completely safe in and around the Met, Philly police and security were very active. We paid the piper and parked across the street for 50 bucks. It was safe, guarded and convenient to the Met, but come on for 50! Enjoy your visit, I hope to return someday.

Nice clean secure venue. Beautiful chandelier (see picture) Just be forewarned if you have tickets on the mezzanine upper level, there are about 6 staircases to handle. One person in our party has trouble with stairs but we found an elevator on the opposite side of the building to go down for her so she didn’t have any trouble going down.

Easy entry process. Vaccine and ID checks before entering building, followed by metal detector upon entrance. Restrooms were clean and no lines. Plenty of bar tenders available. The venue is nice and clean. Great sight lines and sound.

Absolutely loved the experience, the MET was set up really well, beautiful location and the show was amazing. The lounge upstairs was great and a nice way to get some drinks and food before the show started. Staff were all helpful and great, highly recommend the entire experience.
