"I don't know why this place gets bad reviews. We arrived and we were greeted by three girls, they informed us how the store was set-up and left me alone. Subsequently I ended up purchasing items from them. This store is small, but the items are in mint condition. This was a score of a place to find."
"I came in to look around and also ask about consigning one of my personal items. The staff was extremely snobby and did not bother to even say a word to me or respond to my ‘hello’. She just came towards me with sanitizer while talking to another customer and just grabbed my consignment out my hand without asking for my permission or even learning whether or not I came to show her what I brought in the first place. I could definitely sense judgement, as after taking a look at my consignment she did not even allow me the chance to look around the store and cut off from the conversation. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK."

"The store has a real unpleasant smell and the customer service is the worst. I live close to the store and was very surprised When I walked in for the first time this week. They keep the doors locked, so you are supposed to know to ring the bell and wait... ???? They open the door as if to ask what you are doing there? Instead of greeting or welcoming you. The two women there were cold and not helpful at all. They seemed not to care that I was there. I’m used to walk in stores in my area and be treated very differently; specially when you have money to spend. I got out of this smelly and unfriendly store as soon as I could. Items looked very used up and not in a condition you would expect for the price. Save your time and go somewhere else."
