Here are some reviews from our users.
"The pick up locker system similar to those used at Amazon is awesome. It is outside the north doors you never even have to enter the building. Easiest way to shop there"
"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.! DO NOT.!!!! After 9pm. % of the lights are turned off. Making it a safety hazard. No associate wants to help. They’re all running around like headless chickens trying to restock the store at 9pm instead of pm when the store is suppose to close. Called the Home Depot customer service line and both attempts were disconnected and prompted to partake in their non sense survey. Mind you, while waiting to expect someone to take my call, they have this pre recorded message about how safety is their number 1 priority on a loop. They’ll re consider when someone is seriously injured as a result of their negligence and wants to sue them, both at the store level and corporate."
"A wide variety of home improvement supplies to choose from. Prices seem reasonable, compared to local area competitors. It's also a location where you can pick up a day labor and negotiate one on one."
"Tony A. went above and beyond to help. Was picking up an online order for a client. When I got here it was not pulled yet or in stock. He went to back to see if it had already been pulled which it wasn't and looked to see if other stores had it. My client ended up taking 1 inch foam instead of 2 inch thick. I took the time to leave a review because I've been more or less blown off when asking for help before at other stores. Thanks Tony!"
"Today I was disappointed with the service provided by the store. I came to buy a flower, I went around the store and found only one. I asked the worker if they had more. The worker sent me to another worker, he sent me to another. Then the gardener was called on the speakerphone, 4 times, but he never came. After minutes of waiting, I returned to the service center, where I asked to check if these plants were available in the system. There were in stock. I asked where I can find, the worker said he didn't know. I asked to call the manager. The manager told me that nobody knows where the plants are. I said that this is not the correct answer from the manager. I asked for a supervisor. And then a surprise. The supervisor came in with a plant in his hand and muttered something like the manager told him that I couldn't reach the plants and demanded that they bring it to me. What??? I was surprised how mean and lying people are. She lied to the supervisor because she didn't know the answer to the question. I'm upset."
