"Terrible customer service and untrained, unmotivated employees across the store. Leadership appears to be absent. One of the worst locations I've been to. Made the mistake of placing my appliance order here. I got a random call from a warehouse telling me that they shipped the appliance to the wrong location. Turns out the appliance team here recorded my delivery address wrong and now I've spent 2+ hours trying to figure out where my stuff is and when it can be delivered."

"While this home depot isn't my preferred home depot it still is one that you can go to if your local places don't have what your looking for. If you need customer service in the aisles and actually find someone they are quite helpful and knowledgeable. Some home depots in the north side of Chicago have a much more reliable personnel while the west and south side of Chicago seem to have a personnel that always seem to go the opposite direction when you look like your about to ask them something lol."

"Signed up for a credit card here in order to get $ off the large purchase that I was purchasing for my husband. I was told multiple times that since it was a $ purchase I would qualify for six months no interest on the credit card. Even though $ was being taken off for signing up for the card, taking the total to $, I was reassured that I would still qualify for a minimum of either three months no interest, or their promotional six months no interest. Well I finally received a credit card and statement today, and I called to verify which one it was going to be so I was sure I did not pay interest. The lady on the phone said they do not have a six month no interest promotion, and it would’ve had to be $ after the discount to get the three month no interest. Which is fine, I will paid in full as I am not going to pay interest. But the employees need to be educated more on offering this credit card instead of just trying to sell it. What happens if someone just assumes they have three months and doesn’t take initiative to call and check first, they get charged $ in interest? No thanks."

"My favorite location. It's rare that they're not carrying something I need. It's dog friendly and you can bring your pups. They enforce the mask mandate here despite vaccinations if that's a concern. If your forgot your mask, there's plenty here to grab at the entrance."

"The Home Depot has what you need to get the job done. This post is specific if trying to install overhead lighting. Picked up a fixture along with ceiling junction box, /2 copper wire and fish tape. The store layout and signage made it easy to find and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Didn't take pictures of what I bought but this is the end result... Now there's lighting over the island."
