"I toured these apartments after seeing an ad on Zillow. It was a total catfishing situation -- the apartment I saw on Zillow was not even CLOSE to the apartments they showed us. The ad showed a beautiful apartment. The real apartments had old carpet and old fixtures everywhere, small bedrooms, etc. Waste of everyone's time, honestly."

"Property management has zero regard for the comfort of the tenants or the environment. The corridor heaters are always on, no matter how warm it is outside. It is a mind boggling waste of resources and money! This heat from the corridor heats up the apartments, and I've woken up numerous times at night because of how hot the apartment gets. I've complained several times, and management does nothing. If you want to live comfortably, don't rent at the Gateway."
