Went for Harry Potter exhibit but we all liked the other exhibits better. Cool HP things from movie but way too crowded, unable to do everything in the exhibit due to crowds. Loved amazing machines and changing earth exhibits!

Loved visiting the Harry Potter Exhibition and Franklin institute. Lots of hands on experiences, and while they did have some hand sanitizer stations, I felt it helpful to have my own with me. My girls loved exploring this place! Also, we ate lunch at the Eatery, which was such a positive experience. We were a bit confused when we first came in, but a friendly woman was right there to point us in the right directions. She even had the cooks prepare my daughter a burger without cheese. Everything was great! The burger was amazing

Visited The Franklin Institute to see the Harry Potter Exhibition. It was an amazing experience. My husband who is really not into Harry Potter as much as I am and only has watched the movies had so much fun! It was great to have things that were hands on and earn point for your house. They definitely did great making the exhibit. I recommended it to anyone who LOVES Harry Potter!!! Didn't post too many pictures... Didn't want to ruin it for anyone.

Wonderful science museum for curious people of all ages. We loved the Amazing Machines room, the hidden jelly fish room, and the Electricity room. We spent 3.5 hours there, but could have easily spent all day. If you collect National Park stamps, make sure to go to the front desk for your Benjamin s Franklin Memorial stamp. We also went to the Harry Potter Exhibit, but it's really only for hardcore HP fans; it's not very exciting for us muggles.

The Franklin Institute is your go-to spot for all things science! Currently featuring the Harry Potter Exhibition, expect to find a large crowd in the morning if going on the weekend. The Exhibition features interactive experiences plus the clothing and sets from the movies. Separately, the rest of the museum should not be missed. Our favorite exhibit was the electricity exhibition, where we ended up getting shocked, in a good way! Other exhibits included machines, space, the earth, and of course, the planetarium. Science and dissection shows were also occuring throughout the day as well. Parking is tight but conveniently located in the museum. Lastly, the Harry Potter Exhibition is on in Philly until September. A must see if you're a Potter fan!

Short Features:

Kid-friendly, interactive science museum Lively, family-friendly science museum with many interactive exhibits & displays plus a planetarium.
