"I’ve been going here for years and they’ve always been nice to me, but today will be the last day. Every time I go here I’m offered a drink and I politely decline, today I was offered something, and for once I accepted and then they said they don’t have any. I instantly felt uncomfortable. Then when I got my piece done, they charged me exactly double what I normally pay. There were no parts involved, just labor that takes 5 minutes. I was taken back. Luckily I had just enough. I said nothing, paid and left. It made me feel bad all around."

"Good pricing and good service for engagement/wedding rings. Family owned and operated business, convenient and very nice people. Beautiful rings and great quality. My only suggestion for the business would be that they communicate expectations more clearly in terms of how long something will take to make/repair, as both times we dealt with them they had to be reminded by us multiple times and the time line wasn't what was initially promised (the engagement ring almost didn't make it to the proposal before the engagement photos). It could be covid related, but again I wish they would have communicated more clearly and more proactively."
