"These guys are new bike day buzz killers. What was supposed to be a pretty rad day has turned in to one of the worst buying experiences I’ve encountered. I bought a $, bike and have gotten next to no support from Edison Bikes. The bike wasn’t shipped to me with the proper parts to assemble it. The shock didn’t come mounted to the frame, like an argumentative manger named Eddie, claimed. The bike has been sitting for over a week while people in management try to figure out who dropped the ball. I’m giving up on this organization. Quick to make the sale, impossible to resolve issues that they oversaw. Would not recommend."
"I was overdue for a new bike and really wanted to support a local shop that was close to home. I am so stoked to have chosen The Bike Shop at Del Sur! All the guys there are so nice and friendly. I am so happy with my bike purchase! Eddie was so helpful throughout the whole process. He and Eric educated me on all my options over multiple visits. I really appreciate Eddie's knowledge and patience when explaining things to me. He went above and beyond to fix my derailleur hanger...twice! (And both were ridiculous accidents.) Thanks so much Eddie!"
"I've been taking my mountain and road bike here since COVID, up to this point they've done good work. Just got my road bike back after over two weeks the frame came back scratched, bike looked like it had been sitting in the rain, and a rear skewer was replaced with something totally different than the front...chrome even not black. Nice group, but not happy with my recent experience."
"Awesome shop. Brought my bike in for a time up. Eric rode it and was totally honest with what I needed. Not much. Twenty dollars and less than an hour later, all done and more!! Any probs….bring back!! Thanks Eric and everyone else."
