"This was my first time going to an Indian restaurant and I have to say the dishes were excellent and full of flavor and well proportions. I’ll be definitely returning to this place I was so full I needed help getting up from the table bad enough I needed leverage on the table 😂……. Excellent place to eat !"
"THE BEST INDIAN RESTAURANT in Philly. First time to Thanal I would say this is the best indian restaurant in Philly! Friendly staffs, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list, and wonderful bourbon selection. I highly recommend it to everyone! Will come back here again and again. My favorite is chicken biryani !!!"
"Very nice and delicious food , tasty, the portions in big enough , we order : onion BAKORA , butter chicken , fish curry and plain Nan . All of them are good and recommended You can told them without spicy of you don’t eat spicy food"
"Good food but bad service. But 👎👎👎❌❌❌❌Please hire some better servers. I saw them treating white peoples better than brown people (my self) . I went in there and waited minutes to get seated. Store wasn’t that busy. But the guy with beard serve’s alcohol was so happy to welcome some white couple after me right away . They didn’t take any appointments either. Just don’t forget who supported you from the beginning. Stop treating based on color. I won’t go there anymore. I don’t support Racism."
"Spectacular food. Got takeout on a busy weekend night and the staff was helpful in getting my order out quickly, which I greatly appreciated. The biryani chicken was fantastic, will be back again to try the rest of the menu. They also have live music here in the summer time, which I hope to check out as well soon!"
