I'm a semi-pro sports photographer, and over the years have worked with many different dealers of photography gear. However, these days I will never use anyone other than Texas Media Systems. I have ordered both a camera and a lens, and both experiences were very professional and quick! The staff is incredibly kind and courteous, and I hope to stop by and see the store in person some day this year. Thanks for providing such wonderful service! - Aaron

This is one of the best dealers of professional filmmaking equipment in the US. We have bought our last three cameras here and they are so easy to work with and navigate financing with. Terry is incredibly knowledgeable and we always work with Leroy who is phenomenal. It is also a true "Old Austin" business who have been helping filmmakers for decades. Very good place to give your business too, there are names and faces who see you through the whole process which is incredibly valuable when you are investing in professional gear.

Texas Media Systems is a fantastic place to go to. I was able to get all of my photography needs met here. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk about my purchase decisions. In fact, even in one instance they informed me that I did not need to make a purchase of a more expensive item in order to fulfill a perceived need I had. The drive up from Houston was definitely worth it and I am sure I will return as their are a few lenses I feel I need to have. The service was outstanding. Stan Hall

Very happy with this company! I originally ordered the Canon R5 + accessories from Canon USA, but when it had been a month and they couldn't tell me when they were expected to ship (and B&H was no better). I turned to Reddit and found a spreadsheet listing all the places people had ordered their R5's and could update the list to report when they actually got them. Many people were canceling their orders with the bigger companies and ordering from TMS, so that's what I did! My camera and accessories arrived within days (before they were even expected to be here) and I'm very pleased to have found this company and supported a smaller size business, especially in 2020. Thanks again!
