"Decided to stop here… I called before going to be sure they had an open office & they did I drove here to step into a facility with no one to greet or a bell to ring therefore I called again and low and behold the phone rang… so I’m like cool someone will “come” answer since I am standing at the front desk. Nope… I did get an answer and the lady answered the phone pretty casual for it to be a company’s phone I told her I was there for the first time and would like to speak to someone. She asked what was I trying to do? Me being me I asked well did I just call the nail shop or something because how many different lanes of business do you have going at a Mortgage Loan office.
