All I can say is Ms. Suellen! She is so genuinely sweet and kind. She made my renewal process so seamless and easy. She definitely loves what she does and her energy is magnetic! Thank you so much Ms. Suellen! You are amazing!

Surprisingly very efficient and people are actually helpful and nice. UPDATE: I went to renew mi DL. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Granted, the place was not full. But still, everybody I spoke to was nice and helpful. Y'all are doing a great job.

Made my appointment online for 7:30am, checked in online when I arrived, went through the process and was out by 7:45am. Pleasantly surprised by this. The young lady who helped me, Ms. Martin, was very kind and patient.

A quick and easy experience! Made an appointment online, arrived and was taken right in. From entry to sitting down with someone I waited maybe 30 min! Not at all like back home in CT, loving Texas so far!

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Have been there 4 times for my family and myself. Each visit takes less than an hour. Compare this to CA where you wait all day to leave angry. Way to go Texas.
