"This service center is completely unprofessional; the inability to think outside the box aside… let’s just get the job done properly. The quality of work has been poor over the last year. I had to have the tire pressure monitor changed and they left the old one IN my tire. It rattled around in there for almost two weeks, because I had to wait until they could get me in for another appointment. Then, they put a new motor in my driver side door and it again doesn’t work four months later. They had to do my EMMC recall and it created bubbles in my screen that is not covered by warranty or recall. They stated it is a known issue in this original Model X and others, especially after the emmc repair, but it is charged to customers as an upgrade to the new model screen for $.. When I said this has gotten ridiculous; they made the comment that “well it is a ”… like it’s an old hunk of junk now so what should I expect? I am selling this old hunk of junk and buying another brand electric! I already feel better!"
