The food that I ordered was a katsu don. I was hoping for the meat to be crispy as fried stuff usually are, but I was left disappointed with a soggy breading for my katsu. Nothing crispy but just soggy. When I received my order, I opened the box the food was in to let out steam, but the food was already soggy way before I received my order. The egg was not cooked all the way. This made me even more shocked. How do you let something like this get out? This could make someone really sick.

I order takeout here at least 1x/week. It's slowly been getting worse. Today I ordered a meal and the app told me it would be ready in about an hour. Ok, usually takes about 15 minutes after I receive that order confirmation text. At about 30 minutes after the order I head on over there. At 1 hour I go in to check to see if my order is ready because I still haven't received a text. Sure enough my order is ready but no message. Food is cold and has clearly been sitting there for a long time. Not even worth eating. Ugghhh.

I’m a huge fan of their spicy crispy plate. I haven’t tried much of their other items but the items I have tried have been good. The chicken is crispy with a nice kick.

One of my favorite spots, n man can’t stress enough the appreciation that I have for their cleaniness of their restroom!! I love how they ALWAYS have a good scent of soap to wash ur hands and it always smells good!!

Teriyaki Don, for very limited available seating (if you're lucky), ya have yo go in early before the lunch rush. Let me tell you, this place gets super busy. I had a Chicken and rice dish (dried, no teriyaki not my taste) was delicious by itself. They provided support for Military and Veteran discount. I appreciate that for a fulfilling meal with the little higher than what I am used to regarding cost price points. Thank you Teriyaki Don, you deserve this 5 stars rating.
