"So I came here to fix my mom’s phone and he messed up the back of her screen. The phone we gave him was from AT&T. He replaced my mom’s phone because he could not get it to work but replaced it with a phone that has a BAD charging port. I told him that day the phone was not charging and he told me “it’s the charger”… turns out, it’s the charging port. It only works with wireless chargers. I’m not sure wether to sue or have him replace the charging port. I went back to his store just to find out it was closed.. I see the new location address and will be going with the police as well as recording my interaction."

"Ruben the tech did an excellent job repairing my son's Nitendo Swith lite. He fixed for a 1/3rd of the price that Asurion said they would fix it. Plus he found out another problem and it was not over priced of the original repair. Oh did I mention they was fast with the repair......Yeah they was fast with the repair.
